Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialists’ availability and specialty.If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.
A credit card is required to reserve all spa appointments and spa packages.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance, so we may accommodate another guest. For spa packages, all cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. Your appointment is a commitment of the therapists' time. If we do not receive any notice of your cancellation, we will charge for the full price of the reservation reserved. Cancellations made with less than the required notice time will be charged 50% of the service price. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation.
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. They can be purchased for any service or denomination. Gratuity cannot be added to a gift certificate. They may not be redeemed for cash or credit by any party including the purchaser. Gift certificates are guaranteed for one year. After one year, they revert back to dollar value. We are not responsible for lost or stolen certificates.
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and cash. Gratuities are accepted and appreciated, however they may not be added to any credit/debit payment or taken from any gift certificate. Be advised any returned checks are subject to a $25.00 fee.
